Siti Nur Iman is a versatile Singaporean vocalist whose unique artistry bridges the worlds of jazz and musical theatre. Born and raised in Singapore, Iman draws on her diverse musical training to craft performances that are emotionally rich, vocally nuanced, and stylistically eclectic. Her sound is a compelling blend of classic and contemporary influences—rooted in tradition yet distinctly her own.

Siti Nur Iman

Iman’s musical journey has seen her perform on some of Singapore’s most prominent stages, both as a soloist and ensemble singer. As a solo artist, she has had the honour of working with several of Singapore’s most esteemed jazz figures. She has performed with the Jazz Association Singapore Orchestra (JASSO) under the artistic direction of Chok Kerong, collaborated with Jeremy Monteiro, and participated in the Lion City Youth Jazz Festival 2021, where she was mentored by Grammy-nominated jazz vocalist Carmen Bradford. These experiences have deepened her understanding of jazz and affirmed her place as an emerging voice in the local jazz scene.

Beyond her solo work, Iman is also a founding member of The Sugar Bees, a close-harmony vocal trio known for their vintage-inspired sound, tight arrangements, and engaging live performances. With The Sugar Bees, she has performed at events presented by The Esplanade, Sofar Sounds, and the Singapore Night Festival, earning praise for their charm, vocal precision, and timeless appeal.

Iman continues to develop her craft as both a performer and songwriter, always seeking new ways to express emotion, narrative, and musicality. With a voice that moves fluidly between jazz stylings and theatrical expression, Siti Nur Iman represents a fresh and exciting presence in Singapore’s growing vocal landscape—equally at home in smoky jazz lounges and on festival stages.
